Returns and Refunds – Legal guarantee of conformity
INFORMATION ON THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can freely return the items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once the order has been received, please wait at least 24 hours to allow the delivery information to be correctly updated on your personal account. Once updated, you can request the return of your purchase.
If you are a registered user, please send your request from your account. If you are an unregistered user, simply click on the "Unregistered User" link below to submit the request.
RMA (RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORISATION) REQUEST
If you wish to return an item, please follow these simple steps:
- 24 hours after receiving your order, log into your account here: Login. Click on "My orders" and then on "RMA Request". Select the order containing the items you wish to return or replace, specifying the reason and the request.
Please remember that we will only replace those items that have been received damaged, defective or in error; no replacements are made for size changes.
- Check your mailbox as you will receive a confirmation email with the form and the return authorisation (RMA) code, the courier to use and the address of our warehouses. The address must be printed and affixed to the outside of the package containing the items to be returned.
If you wish to use our courier, the cost of the service will be deducted from the refund.
Do you wish to print the RMA form? You can download it from your account in the "My returns" area. Select the RMA Code, view the request and then click "Download RMA form (PDF)".
- Return the items in their original packaging: the Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, i.e. in perfect condition, complete with all their parts, unused, in their original packaging and with all manuals provided, as well as the labels and tags still attached.
Our warehouse operators will check all returned items to ensure their perfect condition. You will be charged for any loss in value, and will receive a refund equal to the residual amount.
- Print the RMA form and place it inside the package containing the items to be returned. Affix the address of our warehouses on the outside of the box.

- Shipping notes should be retained for future reference.
- Once the returned items reach our warehouses, we will issue the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, prepaid card, PayPal, etc.), or by bank transfer. Refunds for orders paid for with payment on delivery will be made by bank transfer.
SELLER'S LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY - RETURN OF DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
In the event of defects and/or discrepancies, you have the right to regain the conformity of the item by repairing or replacing it, or using alternative remedies, if expressly provided for by Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005.
If the items received are damaged, non-compliant, defective or incorrect, you can request a repair, replacement or refund.
Pursuant to the European directive 771/2019/EC and the Italian legislative decree no. 206/2005, the items you have purchased are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity, which covers the lack of conformity of the items for a maximum period of 24 (twenty-four) months from the relative delivery, it being understood that your direct action to enforce the aforementioned lack of conformity is prescribed in any case within twenty-six months of the relative delivery.
To request a refund, please follow the instructions provided in the "Request RMA" paragraph above, indicating the reason "Damaged, non-compliant or incorrect item", and uploading one or more images that clearly show the defect.
Once the procedure has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email containing the RMA Form and all related instructions on how to proceed. The authorisation to return the item will in no way confirm any discrepancies, the existence of which must be ascertained by us after the return.
We reserve the right to reimburse the defective items after having carried out all the quality checks to verify the actual presence of non-conformities.
Once the non-conformity of the item has been confirmed, we will issue the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, prepaid card, PayPal, etc.), or by bank transfer.
