From the Home Page, you have a series of options:
- If you would like to explore the assortment Serapian.com has to offer, simply select the category you prefer
(bags, small leather goods, accessories...) and browse through the selection.
- If you would like to find a specific creation, simply search one or more terms related to the creation in the ‘Search' bar that is on your left side and a list of creations pertaining to the words entered will be displayed.
- You can also narrow your search using the filters available once the search process has been initiated

Click on the creation which interests you. From there you will see the feature list containing detailed information about the creation.
To order, click on ‘Add to Shopping Bag' call to action and then proceed to Checkout. The page will then update and you will be asked to either log-in or register if you are a new user.
Once you have selected the creations you wish to purchase, add them to your cart by clicking on "Add to Shopping Bag".
You will be automatically redirected to the ‘Shopping Cart' page, where you can decide if you would like to conclude the purchase or continue shopping for other creations.
From there the order process has 4 stages: 1 - The page will then update and you will be asked to either log-in or register if you are a new user. If you wish you can register by creating your own Serapian account, using your email address and password. You can use this for future orders, to review previous orders, and to save items to your wishlist.
2 - Fill in the delivery information: receiver’s name and address and select your preferred delivery method.
3 - Complete the payment information.
4 - Review your order and submit it.
Purchasing information (2)
When you are ready to purchase simply click on the creation you are interested in to view the feature list containing detailed information specific to the creation. To move the item to your shopping cart, click on the 'Add to Cart' button. You will be automatically redirected to the ‘Shopping Cart' page, where you can decide if you would like to conclude the purchase transaction or continue shopping for other creations.
If you decide to continue shopping, you will see the ‘shopping cart” image with its contents displayed as you continue to browse the site, along with the total value of your shopping cart.
Once you have finished shopping, click on ‘Checkout' to proceed with the payment portion of your order.
Remember that you can always modify the number of creations that you wish to purchase or remove them from your shopping cart altogether.
However, should you wish to make an immediate purchase, if you are a registered user you will be asked to log-in, otherwise you will be asked to register. You may also proceed with the transaction as a guest without having to log in or register. Once this step has been completed, you will be asked to provide a delivery address and billing address: both these fields must be completed. If you have not yet inserted a billing address, click on “add a new address” and complete the form; then click on “confirm and proceed”. In the next phase, you will be requested to select a payment method from those available (cash on delivery for orders in Italy, credit card, paypal or bank transfer).
You can now select the method of shipping most convenient to you for the creation you wish to purchase (if delivered abroad you can choose between express or standard delivery). Serapian.com is happy to remind you that all transactions are secure. The Serapian website is provided with an SSL encryption system to protect personal and payment data. Serapian does not keep any credit card information.
To conclude, once your order has been approved, the information will be sent to
Serapian.com and a thank you message will inform you that the purchase has been successfully completed.
Generally, there is no limit regarding the quantity or value of creations you can purchase.
However, Serapian.com reserves the right to limit purchases pertaining to some specific creations.
Shopping cart and purchases procedures (3)
Not at all, you can browse as much as you wish and then decide not to conclude the purchase phase even after having added the creations to your ‘shopping cart'.
Once you have inserted the information necessary to fulfill the payment, you will be
transferred to the payment confirmation page containing your specific order number and the date.
A thank you message will appear confirming that the purchase procedure has been successfully completed.
Finally, you will receive an email containing the details of your order and confirming that your order has been successfully received.
If you have not received the email confirmation within 24 hours, please contact the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Serapian will send you an email containing the tracking number for your parcel allowing you to monitor its progress. In addition, your personal account on MySerapian will allow you to follow your order status under the "My Orders" section. Please remember that the Customer Care team is at your full disposal for any information you may require.
Serapian.com accepts payments via credit card, debit card, paypal, bank transfer
and cash on delivery for orders to be delivered in Italy (with a maximum limit of 250 Euro).
For credit card orders, you will only be charged once the order has been completed.
We would like to remind you that you will only be charged for the amount of the creations actually purchased.
You are able to pay cash on delivery only if you have selected this type of payment method and the delivery is made to an Italian address.
Please remember that the limit for purchases using this method of payment is 250 Euro and the courier will only accept cash.
Payment for creations purchased on the Serapian.com shall be made strictly within 10 days from when the order confirmation is sent by the Seller to the Consumer. The Consumer explicitely agrees that performance of the contract by the Seller will commence the moment the price of the purchased creation/s is credited to the Seller’s bank account.
Payments for orders placed on the Site can be paid with a credit card, via PayPal or by Gift Card if available, with the conditions outlined below. The Seller may also accept other payment methods, as indicated in the specific payments section on the Site.
When payment is done via credit card, the Consumer will be transferred to a secure site and the credit card information will be communicated directly to Adyen, with registered office in Amsterdam, Holland, Simon Carmiggeltstraat 6-50, 1011 DJ in Amsterdam, enrolled with the Amsterdam Business Register no. 34259528, the operator designated by the Seller to handle all such transactions. The data provided will be sent securely using 3D Secure encrypted file transfer systems. Such data remains inaccessible even for the Seller.
The invoice/tax records relating to the purchase will be sent to the Consumer in electronic format, if required by law, to the e-mail address provided by the Purchaser during the registration process if the creations are to be delivered to a recipient in Italy, or attached to the purchased creation in a paper format, in all other cases.
Bank transfers (7)
Bank transfers are an offline payment method but can also be made though online banking. This method of payment may take more time to be authorized rather than other online payment methods (eg Credit Cards, Paypal, etc).
When bank transfers are used as a payment method, it is always the purchaser that must initiate the transaction.
It is at their discretion to instruct their bank to transfer a specific sum from their account to the account of the partner authorised by Serapian to receive this payment on its behalf. The purchaser may make the bank transfer using their home banking service or by completing and signing a bank transfer request form physically at their bank. Many banks also allow their customers to make bank transfers via an app on their phone.
Banking coordinates will be displayed after the order resume.
Please remember to indicate your order number in the payment description field.
- Bank transfers are a very secure payment method because the purchaser does not have to share any personal or banking information over the internet.
- Bank transfers are an offline payment method and therefore take longer for the payment to be received by the seller. This inevitably delays the dispatch of the purchased creations. Moreover, the goods are not reserved for the purchaser once the order is made but once the payment has been received. It is always possible that one or more of the creations ordered may be out of stock by the time the payment has been received. In such cases, Serapian will of course reimburse the client.
- Bank transfers are subject to human discrepancies. The purchaser must complete the form using information from other sources which may result in copy errors.
Costs of bank transfers:
Any fees incurred from the bank transfer must be borne by the purchaser.
To make a payment via bank transfer you will need to accurately copy the account number related the account to which the amount is being paid. This is indicated on the bank transfer summary screen on the Serapian.com website and in the email summarizing the transaction.
You will also need a bank transfer form - these are normally available free of charge from any bank.
The form is not necessary, however, if you are requesting the transfer via telephone or using home banking.
In order to ensure that the transfer is successful, you must include the relevant code in the Reference box - this is shown on the payment summary screen, as well as in the summary email and clearly states Triboo Digitale s.r.l. as the beneficiary of the payment.
In order for your transfer to be successful you must pay the TOTAL amount indicated on the payment summary screen.
If you select this method of payment, please ensure the execution within three working days from when the order is placed.
Once this period is over, your order is automatically cancelled from the system.
Should we receive the payment after this seven-day period, we will, of course, reimburse the full amount.

You may select PayPal as a payment method on the first page of the Shopping Cart section.
By clicking on 'Proceed with the order' on the confirmation page, you will be redirected to the PayPal login page, where you can enter your account information and conclude your payment.
Credit Cards (2)
The credit cards currently accepted are Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Other Credit Cards which are accepted are displayed during the checkout process.
Your data is completely safe. Any information provided cannot be accessed by third parties. For more information, please consult the ‘Payments' paragraph in the 'General terms and conditions of sale' section in the Legal Area.
Shipping, delivery and customs costs (4)
The delivery of goods purchased from Serapian.com is usually carried out within 3-5 business days by UPS or TWS.
Please remember that non-working days and public holidays may delay deliveries.
The couriers do not deliver on 25/12, 26/12 1/01 or during the weekend.
We would not advise you to enter a PO Box in the address field as it would be impossible for our couriers to fulfill the delivery. We therefore kindly request for you to enter a full postal address.
In cases where the addressee or person authorized to accept the delivery of the creation is absent, our courier will try to contact the client by telephone, using the number provided on the website when making the purchase, to establish a new delivery date most convenient for them.
The creations purchased will be delivered as detailed below. The delivery times may be subject to delays in case of holidays and carriers do not fulfill deliveries on the dates of 25/12, 26/12, 01/01 and on weekends.
If you purchase pre-ordered articles, the order will be processed only once the article is stock and available for shipping. Creations shall, in any case, be delivered within 30 days in accordance with the terms foreseen by laws in force. Click here to check which countries it is possible to ship to.
For orders made via credit card, in addition to the regular shipping times, an extra working day is required to carry out the standard administrative verification. For orders placed through bank transfer, the shipping times will be calculated from the day in which payment is received.
