Woman Fall Winter 2019/20 Presentation
A celebration of Mosaico at Teatro La Scala
Serapian chose the Ridotto of the Galleries of the Teatro alla Scala as the location for its Woman Fall/Winter 2019-20 presentation, with a unique layout that pays tribute to its iconic Mosaico workmanship and its typical diamond shape. The area has been filled with an elegant installation made with over five thousand fresh flowers, whose faces play with diamond figures with contrasting colors, thanks to the delicate nuances of roses, carnations, ranunculus, gerbera and lisianthus. Flowers, always protagonists at La Scala as a passionate gift to the greatest artists, interact with the collection in an intense sensory experience, where the values of excellence, quality and tradition that link La Scala and Serapian, are interpreted with a sophisticated look contemporaneity.
Serapian hosted a Recital by some of the musicians of the Teatro alla Scala Academy. For the new winter season, the best-selling Mosaico and Villa have evolved further along with the debut of some new models and the Reserve for women project. The Mosaico handicraft with the hand-woven lamb nappa invented by Stefano Serapian in 1947, transformed into a new model with a cubic shape called Petra. The Secret bag, the much loved carry-over, also came with a precious elaphe hem, colored in amaranth, emerald green and blue shades.
Even the Gemma clutch has become the first female form to be part of the Riserva project thanks to a 60s sapphire blue dégradé velvet, available in a limited edition of 4 pieces.
